Remove Line phone number without clearing data with SQLite Editor (Root only) - Android

To remove a phone number from Line, first always make sure your Line is linked to Facebook and your Email account whatever the method you use, or your line account will jump!!!

To make sure your Line account is linked, go to Setting - Account; and check out "Email" and "Facebook" boxes.

I will enlist 3 methods to remove the Line phone number:

Using a local phone number will allow you to have access to all stickers to your friend's country (VPN+Local; Paid/Free).
Here is my private tutorial:

1. Make sure your line account is linked to facebook and email (Mandatory!!!!).

2. Your line should NOT be linked to any phone number to use someone else!!! (check in setting-account to see if your LINE account is using a phone number)

3. Once your friend gives you his/her local phone number.
Setting>Account>phone number> enter the country and phone number.

4. Wait for the code from notification appearjng above. (4 digits code). If it still does not appear. Click one time only on "send notification code again".

5. Once you get the 4 digits code. Input it in the empty box.

6. Click on " connecting my FIRST TIME" (Green button).

7. On the next page, ALWAYS UNTICK THE 2 BOXES!!! If not, your friend will get trouble later...

8. Click on OKAY.

9. You will be linked to the country phone number.

10. Just force stop your line and connect again. And go to sticker shop, and Enjoy downloading! ;)

CONGRATULATIONS!!! Now you know how to download stickers from another country!

N.B: To release the number, ask your friend who lent you his/her number to input the same way on his/her line application.

You will need to download at least one of the many other Line versions existing (see the list links below), and log in to another facebook version as well (see the links below). Remember that rule: 1 LINE account per 1 Facebook account!!!

Make sure that your Line ID is not blocked because you have to register phone number for 2 more times, after using China number. (You’ll understand during the process). and read the tutorial twice before doing it!!!

Just for notice, China has blocked Line application in their countries, so no further stickers will come out. You should better hurry to download before all the stickers get wiped.

1. Borrow China number from friend and register to China number (1st time) as usual. But FB is blocked there, so you have to unlink your FB. just Agree with their terms (you have no choice).

How useful are Virtual numbers websites?

As you already know, some stickers can only be got by using a local phone number. What if you can't find a contact who has a local phone number? Here is the solution: you can find in the websites below phone numbers bought by the websites authors, which allows you to use the numbers.

How does it work?

Enter any phone number (and set the country) to your Line setting - account - phone number.
The website should receive the sms; click on the icon of the number you use (in the website), it will send you to the sms receiving page.
You will find a 4-digits code appearing; input the code to your line. and you do like casual.

Beware, the number only stays for a few minutes, so hurry to download the stickers. You will be kicked out of the number as soon as someone else (any where in the world) uses the number. N.B: Other thing, if the code doesn't appear in the sms, it means the number of allowed connection to the number per every 2 hours is reached. So you have to wait for another 2 hours. I will not detail the countries you can find in each websites listed as it may change anytime, it is better to go by yourself. Just know you can find lot of countries e.g, USA, UK, Brazil, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Estonia, Poland, Canada, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Irelan, Russia, Romania, Thailand, Germany, Italy, France...
